Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Logistics Clerk to support Transportation and Distribution operations for one of our clients in Allegan, Michigan. This is an entry-level, onsite role that requires heavy data entry and strong administrative skills.
Role Overview
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support within the Transportation and Distribution function. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate logistics data and supporting daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Heavy data entry and administrative support
- Working with SAP and internal logistics systems
- Assisting internal operations teams and external carriers
- Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for the CHEP pallet process
- Purchasing support for the logistics department
- Answering phones, filing, and general office duties
- Supporting additional operational tasks as needed
Required Experience & Skills
- 1 year of SAP experience
- 1–3 years of office or administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of distribution or warehouse procedures preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
