Location: Troy, MI
Pay Rate: $30/hour + performance-based bonus structure
Contract Type: Project-Based – 2 months, with potential extension
Kelly Services has partnered with a nationwide provider of restoration services seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team for an upcoming project. Our client is a rapidly growing company and seeks to hire someone immediately. The candidate will be responsible for inside sales supporting our clients’ growth plans by prospecting and cold calling facilities managers of Fortune 1000 companies. Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels to contact and persuade facilities managers to take introductory meetings with the President and Executive Vice President.
- Utilize ZoHo to record prospect communication activities and drive follow-up with management.
- Utilize and modify phone scripts and email templates for prospecting.
- Understand our clients’ service offerings.
- Compile and submit weekly reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of inside sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated experience with cold calling.
- Proven track record in appointment setting.
