Schedule: 30–40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

What’s a typical day as a Showroom Merchandising Manager? You will:

Curate the Brand Experience: Clean, organize, and set the showroom to reflect premium brand standards for Oakley and Costa.

Visual Merchandising: Dress and move mannequins, arrange showroom fixtures, and create or modify product assortments at the direction of leadership.

Sample Management: Manage the full sample lifecycle, including unboxing/organizing new season arrivals and boxing/archiving past season samples in the library.

Creative Operations: Lead creative operations for the department, including writing strategic briefs and acting as the bridge between Visual Merchandising and partners in Ops, Product, and Store Design.

Project Management: Manage concurrent projects and calendars to ensure timely execution of marketing elements and store communications.

Store Support: Design and execute materials and processes that assist in successful store openings and in-store VM executions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Required Qualifications

2–5 years of Visual Merchandising or Showroom Sample experience.

2–5 years of Retail back-of-house or merchandising experience.

Apparel Expertise: Strong knowledge of apparel-specific merchandising, including fabrics and “use intent.”

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and use a hand truck to move mannequins and boxes.

Professionalism: High level of business maturity and the ability to work onsite reliably.
Preferred Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Illustrator is a significant plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Merchandising (can be substituted for 3+ years of specific visual merchandising experience).

Leadership: Experience in a corporate capacity or a previous leadership role managing projects and timelines.

Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
