Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 – $19.80 per hour

2nd – 2pm – 10:30pm Mon – Fri

3rd – 10pm – 6:30am Mon – Fri

What’s a typical day as CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Producing machine parts by operating CNC machines under close supervision
  

• Maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring accurate time and record keeping
  

• Performing visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate gages and logging results
  

• Reading and interpreting basic blueprints and component drawings
  

• Learning CNC machine offsets and making adjustments to maintain specifications
  

• Updating daily production boards with output, quality, and safety metrics
  

• Weighing and counting production pieces using scales
  

• Keeping gage tables and work areas clean and organized, including machine wipe-downs and mopping floors at the end of each shift
  

• Pulling chips and placing material in designated locations as instructed
  

• Checking and recording Heat Lot numbers
  

• Completing other duties as assigned
