Job Title: Sr. Associate, Supply Chain
Location: Juncos, PR
Compensation: $28.45 per hour
SUMMARY:
The Sr. Associate, Supply Chain will be responsible for executing predefined inventory and production strategies to ensure supply meets established inventory targets. This individual will play a critical role in planning work orders, supporting new product launches, and managing finished goods and intermediate inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform weekly and monthly capacity planning to align with production and inventory goals.
- Support product launches and revisions by ensuring timely supply planning and coordination.
- Represent the planning department in operational meetings and short-term improvement initiatives.
- Plan and manage both standard and non-standard production orders.
- Oversee short-term capacity planning efforts.
- Manage inventory levels of finished goods and intermediates to meet organizational targets.
- Communicate and address critical supply chain items with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update material and production master data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education (one of the following):
- High school diploma/GED with 4 years of directly related work experience
- Associate’s degree with 2 years of directly related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 months of directly related work experience
- Master’s degree (no minimum experience required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
