Operador de Inspección y Empaque I

Ubicación: Manatí
Modalidad: 100% Presencial
Horario: Turnos rotativos, horas irregulares, fines de semana y feriados según necesidad.

Resumen del Puesto

Responsable de la operación, limpieza y documentación de los procesos de inspección, ensamblaje y empaque, asegurando el cumplimiento con cGMP, EHS y estándares de calidad. Contribuye a mantener la eficiencia operativa y la integridad del producto.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Operar equipos automáticos, semiautomáticos y manuales de inspección y empaque.

  • Realizar inspección de productos líquidos, liofilizados y jeringas.

  • Verificar componentes y completar documentación con precisión.

  • Mantener limpieza de líneas y manejar desperdicios según procedimientos.

  • Detectar discrepancias, realizar retrabajos y apoyar auditorías y proyectos especiales.

  • Cumplir con entrenamientos obligatorios y apoyar otras áreas operacionales.

Requisitos

  • Diploma de Escuela Superior.

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en industria farmacéutica.

  • Experiencia operando equipos de inspección/empaque (manuales, semiautomáticos, etiquetadoras, sistemas de visión, etc.).

  • Habilidad de inspección visual (no se permiten lentes de contacto).

  • Conocimiento en cGMP, seguridad y documentación.

  • Competencias básicas en sistemas computarizados y operación de pallet jack.

  • Licencia de conducir vigente de Puerto Rico. 

Requisitos Adicionales

  • Aprobar prueba de visión establecida por los SOP aplicables.

  • Prohibido en el área: uñas largas/postizas, joyería, maquillaje, pestañas postizas, esmalte, cremas de manos, medicamentos, hebillas pequeñas, entre otros.
