Pay: $21.00/hr
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)

What’s a typical day as a Senior Customer Service Representative
You’ll be:
• Handling inbound calls for all clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Assisting supervisors in managing incoming calls, monitoring call reporting, and motivating the team.
• Supporting quality monitoring and helpdesk email communications to maintain high service standards.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience with training a customer service team
• Are service-oriented and skilled at resolving customer escalations and grievances.
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
