We’re seeking motivated Laborers to join our team at one of the largest Industrial Manufacturing facilities. - Pay: $24.00/hr
- Location: Paper Mill Road (Only Building On Street), Delaware Water Gap, PA 18327
- Shifts: Must be flexible to work 1st (7am–3pm), 2nd (3pm–11pm), and 3rd (11pm–7am)
- Positions Available: 10 openings
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting Monday; weekly schedule posted every Thursday
- Contingent Type: Classic Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- Labor Type: Heavy Industrial/Industrial
- Interview: Required for all candidates
What you’ll do:
- Perform general manual labor, including material handling, sweeping, cleaning, and shoveling
- Operate a core cutting machine and assist with moving paper rolls and pallets
- Operate forklifts (approximately 10% of job – will train)
- Engage in all aspects of workplace safety and quality
- Handle chemicals in a safe manner following all guidelines
- Work as an engaged, reliable team member in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Requirements:
- Prior heavy industrial or manufacturing experience
- Willingness to train/operate a forklift
- Must pass a comprehensive drug test (includes THC)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in hot, cold, or dirty environments
- Basic measurement skills (able to read a tape measure)
- Must be fully cleared to start; reliable transportation required
- Steel toe shoes are mandatory (PPE)
- No absences allowed during first week of employment
- Facility is tobacco-free (no smoking, vaping, or chewing allowed on premises)
- Adherence to strict clock-in policies and attendance expectations
Additional Details:
- Pre-shift meetings begin 10 minutes before each scheduled shift
- Employees may clock in up to 15 minutes early for meetings (otherwise, no more than 5 minutes before shift start)
- Immediate termination for late arrivals or NCNS (No Call, No Show)
