Visual Merchandising Freelance Opportunity (Graphic Designer)
New York, NY | $41/hr (Flexible DOE)
Are you a creative graphic designer with a passion for retail visual merchandising? Join our Integrated Marketing team supporting 1000+ Lenscrafters stores! You’ll build monthly visual tools and merchandising guidelines in Adobe InDesign, collaborate with a talented team, and help shape the in-store experience for customers nationwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute marketing and visual merchandising guides using Adobe InDesign
- Support new store openings, remodels, and retail updates
- Help with space planning, prop strategies, and store setup guidelines
- Manage digital platforms for uploading and sharing guides
- Work 30–40 hours/week, 9am–5pm (Remote or NYC office)
What We’re Looking For:
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)
- Graphic design background with 2–4 years’ retail or visual merchandising experience
- Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and organized project manager
- Great with Excel and PowerPoint
- Must clear OIG/GSA/OFAC compliance screening
