Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative?
You’ll be:
-
Handling inbound calls from Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) regarding:
-
Lens orders
-
Order status and tracking
-
Remakes
-
General customer service inquiries
-
-
Making outbound follow-up calls to ECPs on pending jobs
-
Managing an average of 8 calls per hour
-
Providing high-quality multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, social media, and U.S. mail)
-
Resolving customer concerns using internal tools, resources, and sound business judgment
-
Escalating unresolved issues when appropriate
-
Protecting and increasing company revenue while enhancing the customer experience
-
Using courteous, professional language and creating win-win resolutions
-
Working collaboratively within a team environment while meeting productivity and quality standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to produce professional written correspondence

Basic math skills

Intermediate PC knowledge, including:

Windows operating systems

Microsoft Office

Internet and mainstream web browsers

Strong English comprehension and grammar skills

Commitment to first-contact resolution

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
