Shift & Pay Information
- 1st Shift (Monday – Friday)
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM
- Must be able to work overtime on weekends as needed
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday)
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM
- Must be able to work overtime on weekends as needed
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday)
- Assembly & Forklift Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Machinist Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:20 AM
- Must be able to work overtime on Friday and/or Saturday as needed

What’s a Typical Day Like?
Assemblers:
- Operating and troubleshooting production line machinery
- Collecting parts and preparing kits for production
- Performing assembler technician functions such as:
- Assembly of braking system components (cam brakes, ASA)
- Inspection of assemblies
- Stack & band functions
- Use of required tools, gauges, and equipment
- Assembly of braking system components (cam brakes, ASA)
Forklift Operators:
- Performing Material Handling functions for Axle and Brake areas such as:
- Operating Stand-up, Sit-down, Order Picker, and Reach Truck Forklifts to move materials throughout the plant and surrounding area
- Constant packing, unpacking, and handling of various materials
- Operating Stand-up, Sit-down, Order Picker, and Reach Truck Forklifts to move materials throughout the plant and surrounding area
Machinists:
- Operating and monitoring CNC machines, including Haas and Bridgeport models
- Loading and unloading materials weighing 10–15 lbs. (100–250 parts per shift)
- Ensuring machines are running efficiently and meeting production standards
- Reading and interpreting gauges and precision measuring instruments down to 0.0001 inches (ten-thousandths)
- Performing basic computer/data entry tasks at the end of each shift
- Loading and unloading materials weighing 10–15 lbs. (100–250 parts per shift)
What are the requirements?
- Assembly candidates: at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift candidates: a valid Driver’s License and at least 1 year of experience operating stand-up and/or sit-down Forklifts
- Machinist candidates: Proven experience operating CNC machines (Haas and/or Bridgeport preferred), ability to accurately read precision gauges to 0.0001” and at least 1 year experience machining
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Demonstrate manual dexterity, dependability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout entire shift
