Kelly is hiring  Forklift Operators in Forest Park. If you have Forklift and Warehouse experience, this is your opportunity.

Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Forest Park, GA 30297
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 6:30pm (4-day work week)
Duration: 3 Months (Contract)
Hours/Week: 40
Pay rate: 18.00

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for safely operating powered equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count product. Duties include checking inbound and outbound products, ensuring quality, and supporting and documenting accurate inventory processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
 

  • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products/materials using daily warehouse equipment (Raymond forklifts( old model-dries backwards) , clamp trucks, etc.)

  • Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct counts and product types

  • Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory

  • Verify load accuracy and report variances

  • Monitor and change equipment battery or LP tank as required

  • Maintain equipment and facility in a clean, orderly fashion

  • Perform facility and equipment inspections as needed

  • Assist in performing physical inventories

  • Comply with all OSHA, safety, and MSDS standards

  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Key Relationships:

  • Collaborate with warehouse peers and group leads

  • Receive assignments, training, and direction from management

Qualifications:
Must have exp w/Raymond Reach, Raymond Dock Stocker, Raymond Pallet Jack and Crown Sit-Down FL

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Forklift Operator certificate, or completion of a forklift training program within first 30 days of employment (required)

  • Minimum 6 months of warehouse and 6 months of forklift operating experience (preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures

  • Experience with warehouse management systems is desirable

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry up to 100 lbs

  • Frequent sitting, standing, and operating equipment

  • Work is primarily indoors (90%) with occasional outdoor tasks (10%)

  • Must comply with all safety requirements and may be exposed to wet/humid conditions, hazards, odors, or chemicals
