Position: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Schedule: M-F 7:00AM – 3:30PM Voluntary overtime and Saturday work available
Pay rate: $26/HR
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this position, you will assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical components while maintaining high standards of quality. If you have assembly experience and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and inspect electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies to meet quality standards
- Read and interpret complex schematics, engineering drawings, and bills of material
- Follow detailed process instructions with precision
- Utilize hand tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, HiPot testers, multimeters, and other standard tools
- Perform wire cutting, unpacking, repacking, and material handling
- Maintain accurate quality documentation
- Verify quantities and items to be shipped according to work orders
- Pack finished products for delivery
- Inspect inbound materials for accuracy and condition
- Support ISO certification processes and participate in yearly training
- Document and control all non-conforming materials
- Assist in inventory management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in electromechanical assembly highly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical documents
- Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Extensive warehouse experience, including packaging and material handling
- PIT or forklift experience is a plus
- Must wear work boots
- Commitment to effective customer service, integrity, and working as part of a team
