Kelly is hiring for BC Machine Operators to join our partner Ethicon, part of Johnson & Johnson’s world-class medical manufacturing team! Step into a pivotal role with a leading healthcare innovator where your work contributes to life-changing products.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust state-of-the-art machinery for sterile suture product manufacturing
- Load and unload suture products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency
- Complete packaging and documentation with precision and care
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001)
- Support reporting and deep cleaning as part of your role
- Communicate proactively with your team and management
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to attend safety and environmental training
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Ready for repetitive, hands-on work in a production environment
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
