Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Shipping/Receiving Office
Summary:
Seeking a Data Entry Operator for our shipping/receiving office. This role involves accurately entering and managing logistics records, maintaining inventory documentation, verifying shipments, and coordinating with warehouse and transport staff.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update shipment and inventory information
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate data flow with warehouse and transport teams
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support preparation of reports
Qualifications:
- Office and administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced office
- Good communication skills
