Job details
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Line Operator to join our team in Sanford, NC. The ideal candidate must have prior manufacturing experience and be capable of assisting in running production lines, inspecting products, performing changeovers, and conducting data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating the production line to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform changeovers and setup for different production runs.
- Enter and maintain accurate data related to production and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
