Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who combines strong communication skills with a passion for boating and watersports. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while helping boating enthusiasts find the right products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency

  • Provide product recommendations from our extensive marine equipment catalog

  • Process orders accurately, including complex shipping arrangements for freight and international deliveries

  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Advise customers on special orders, custom products, and technical specifications

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through consultative engagement

  • Maintain current knowledge of marine products, industry trends, and company offerings

  • Participate in cross-training initiatives and support department projects as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service or call center experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in fast-paced environments

  • Professional demeanor with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach

  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of boating, marine products, or related industries

  • Experience in specialty retail or technical product sales

  • Familiarity with shipping logistics and freight coordination

Work Environment

This position operates in a dynamic call center setting with frequent phone and computer use. Occasional interaction with retail and warehouse areas may require standing and walking. The role demands adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage of $19.00–$22.00 based on experience
