Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $45,000/year ($21.63 per hour) + direct hire benefits (Medical plan, among others)
Shift: 1st Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

What’s a typical day as Sales Representative? You’ll be:
- Creating, managing, and maintaining a productive portfolio of hospital segment clients.
- Promoting, presenting, and selling Patient Care Solutions products, including cardiology and pneumology equipment, within the assigned territory.
- Developing tailored sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase market presence.
- Scheduling weekly agendas based on assigned objectives, including client and prospect visits.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of assigned portfolio equipment to drive sales.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the established territory.
- Analyzing sales data from existing clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Consistently meeting monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Advising clients technically and commercially throughout the sales process to address specific needs.
- Preparing and submitting quotations according to company terms and conditions.
- Gaining extensive knowledge of competitor products to establish effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Building and strengthening commercial relationships with clients.
- Conducting follow-up visits during and after equipment installation.
- Supporting cultural transformations and exemplifying the organization’s philosophy, values, and commitment to high-quality internal and external customer service.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have proven experience in sales within the healthcare or hospital segment.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English. Full bilingual.
- Are skilled in identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships.
- Can analyze sales data and develop strategies for business growth.
- Are able to work independently and manage a busy weekly agenda.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Are available for 1st shift work and client site visits.
