Facilities Technician – Roanoke, TX
Pay: $22-26.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typical business hours (hours may vary)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
This role supports the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in a high-tech manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records in SAP CMMS.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
– Respond to work orders and complete repairs in a timely manner
– Conduct regular facility inspections and identify potential issues
– Support equipment moves and space reconfigurations
– Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed
– Maintain accurate records of work performed in SAP CMMS
– Ensure safety protocols and 5S standards are consistently followed
Requirements:
– Prior experience in facilities or maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting
– Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
– Ability to read blueprints and use hand and diagnostic tools
– Experience using CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
– Willingness to work overtime or provide after-hours support as needed
