Location: Honolulu, HI 96814
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations during an employee’s sick leave. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable efficiently managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position with no defined end date, as it will continue until the employee returns from sick leave. The start date is immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
