Join Our Team as a Transcription Analyst!
Are you an energetic and detail-oriented professional? We’re seeking a Transcription Analyst to manage and deliver high-quality transcription assignments. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, this may be the perfect role for you!
Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Location: In-office
Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hr and up, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assign transcription tasks and oversee submissions to ensure timeliness and top-notch quality.
- Facilitate transfer of client audio files, troubleshoot uploads, and manage documentation with platforms like Box.
- Process paperwork from digital reporters, maintaining strict quality control.
- Prioritize and manage a queue of time-sensitive assignments to consistently meet deadlines.
- Perform repetitive tasks efficiently, without compromising accuracy.
- Collaborate and communicate using Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and other proprietary software.

- Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients alike.
- Technical expertise with audio/video equipment.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
