Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking a Project Manager for a premier client that is a global leader with over 600 products dedicated to improving lives. As the Project Manager, you will lead the setup and management of a cutting-edge reagent manufacturing facility. This is your chance to be a key player in pioneering efforts that support vital healthcare solutions
worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing activities within a new, purpose-built facility
- Ensure the seamless production of reagents vital to genomics laboratories, aligning operational strategies with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborating across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure product supply meets global demand
- Establish efficient workflows, controlling costs, and maintaining the highest product quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or higher preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience within a scientific manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or genomics
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards including FDA, ISO, etc.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are a plus
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements and risk mitigation
- Effective communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders
