A company leader in light and sustainable construction materials is seeking for an experienced Injection Molding Operator.
- Location: Clearwater, FL 33762
- Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday / 3rd shift: 10 pm – 6:30 am
- Pay rate: 19.49$ per hour
- Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (with possible extension)
- Start date: 3rd week of February (approx)
Job Summary: I
The Injection Molding Operator is a highly skilled role responsible for the complete setup, operation, and troubleshooting of injection molding machinery with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Production & Setup: Perform full machine setups, testing, and troubleshooting from start to first-piece approval.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and use precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure parts meet blueprints and specifications with minimal scrap.

Leadership: Act as a technical resource to identify and escalate complex issues; train Level I Operators.

Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to EHS/PPE standards and maintain the workspace according to 5S principles.
Qualifications

Experience: High school diploma plus 1+ years in manufacturing (Injection Molding experience highly preferred).

Skills: Proficient in blueprint reading, intermediate math, and computer usage (Kronos).

Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in high-temperature environments.

Standards: Strong attendance and the ability to strictly follow technical instructions.
