Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.03/hr.
Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
Training: 7:00 am to 3:00 p.m. 2nd week- normal assigned shift

What’s a typical day as Stacker? You’ll be:
- Stacking decking boards onto pallets manually according to production schedules.
- Strapping down pallets to ensure product safety and stability.
- Measuring the squareness, length, and quality of cuts and embossing on boards with precision.
- Inspecting boards for correct dimensions, shape, and corners.
- Wiping down decking boards before they enter the embosser.
- Moving product between the floor, pallets, conveyors, or tables as necessary.
- Cutting scrap pieces using a table saw.
- Keeping the stacker area clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Following all workplace rules, regulations, and established safety procedures.
- Performing a variety of general labor tasks as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High school diploma or GED (required).
- Possess at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment required).
- Can work a 12-hour rotating shift and are available for overtime as business needs demand.
- Are capable of clear communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Can perform basic math, read a tape measure, and uphold quality standards.
- Work well in an indoor facility environment around loud equipment and machinery.
- Handle physical demands such as frequent bending, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, twisting, and repetitive motion.
