Now Hiring: Forklift Operator – Pooler, GA
Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Join our team as a Forklift Operator! In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly by safely handling, moving, and organizing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and trailers
- Transport palletized or crated items throughout the facility
- Stack materials in designated storage areas according to inventory procedures
- Ensure all loads are properly secured
- Stack and organize empty pallets
- Perform daily equipment checks, including recharging batteries or changing propane tanks
- Remove attachments and waste from machinery as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications:
- Strong math, language, and reading abilities
- Excellent attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow instructions and keep accurate records
- Reliable, timely, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- OSHA-compliant forklift certification required; 1+ years of forklift experience preferred
