Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $37.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Possible overtime to support the production line)

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Engineering Technician? You’ll be:

  • Working primarily on the shop floor to oversee process improvements and support the production line

  • Engaging directly with production employees and troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient operations

  • Spending approximately 75% of your time on your feet in a factory environment

  • Supporting continuous improvement activities and maintaining factory standards

  • May be required to drive a Gator or Tractor inside the facility after completing training

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics (recent grads with manufacturing internships encouraged to apply)

  • OR have 2+ years of applicable manufacturing experience without a degree

  • Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a willingness to learn

  • Are comfortable working in a shop floor factory environment, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and available for occasional travel between facilities (up to 20 miles) using your personal vehicle

  • Are open to operating equipment inside the factory after training
