Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $37.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Possible overtime to support the production line)

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Engineering Technician? You’ll be:
- Working primarily on the shop floor to oversee process improvements and support the production line
- Engaging directly with production employees and troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Spending approximately 75% of your time on your feet in a factory environment
- Supporting continuous improvement activities and maintaining factory standards
- May be required to drive a Gator or Tractor inside the facility after completing training
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics (recent grads with manufacturing internships encouraged to apply)
- OR have 2+ years of applicable manufacturing experience without a degree
- Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a willingness to learn
- Are comfortable working in a shop floor factory environment, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and available for occasional travel between facilities (up to 20 miles) using your personal vehicle
- Are open to operating equipment inside the factory after training
