Job Title: Client Care Representative
Pay Rate: $18.50
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm
Location: Kapolei, Hawaii
What’s a typical day as a Client Care Representative? You’ll be:
- Place and receive phone calls, answer telephones, forward callers, and accept messages following SOPs.
- Create and process client work orders received via telephone, fax, web, and remote users.
- Assist clients with questions regarding order fulfillment, available services, and pricing—always prioritizing exceptional service.
- Provide inside sales support, sharing service details, pricing, agreements, and more.
- Coordinate with Operations on service schedule changes, rush requests, and emergency container/file needs.
- Update and review client service schedules regularly with the Transportation Specialist or Area Account Support Manager.
- Research, track, and communicate about missing client items (containers, files, tapes).
- Support vault processing, destruction, and permanent removal of work orders as assigned.
- Manage client data entry and imports, barcode printing requests, and daily work order closure.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for visitors, and file management logs daily.
- Process incoming mail (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and assist with billing and vendor invoicing as required.
- Participate in safety and security drills, disaster recovery planning, and escalate issues to the supervisor.
- Comply with all company policies, maintaining knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service environment or call center (preferred).
- Strong Windows-based computer skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and written/oral communication skills.
- Capable of collaborative teamwork, problem-solving, multitasking, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Physical Requirements:
- Periodic lifting (20–60 lbs.), scanning materials, overhead reaching, bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling.
