Service Technician – US Water Treatment Services
Long Term Contract Position
West Nyack, NY
Travel within 20 mile radius
Job Description:
As a Service Technician, you’ll support, service, and maintain water treatment equipment, ensuring top customer service. You will work hands-on to meet customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and support safe, reliable operations.

- Hands-on mechanical ability
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect and service water equipment; complete routine maintenance
- Follow all safety guidelines and support safe operations
- Document service actions and basic system information
- Work with site teams to keep equipment running smoothly
- Assist with operation of critical water systems as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Clear communication and customer service focus
Experience:
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Basic understanding of chemicals or water systems
- General hands?on trade skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in mechanical, chemical, or general trades
