Shift: 1st Shift

What’s a typical day as a Stockroom Associate? You’ll be:
- Assembling and preparing kits of materials, components, or products according to specific work instructions for customer orders
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of kits, checking against bill of materials and documentation
- Packing and labeling kits following standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock, and conducting regular audits to ensure availability
- Inspecting components for defects or damage and following quality control measures
- Accurately documenting kit assembly, inventory levels, and quality control activities
- Communicating with cross-functional teams and acting as a point of contact for kit assembly inquiries
- Proactively supporting workplace safety and compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, assembly, or similar roles (preferred but not required)
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Are comfortable with handling and tracking inventory, and can maintain accurate records
- Can collaborate and communicate effectively with other teams and departments
- Are committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Can lift, move, and organize materials as needed throughout your shift
