Location:Lima,NY
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Temp to Hire

  • $18.00 – $22.00/hr (based on experience)

Shifts:

  • A Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri

  • B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon-Fri

Training usually on A Shift for 1–2 weeks, if available

What’s a typical day as Production Sewing Machine Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating industrial sewing machines to process filter materials

  • Assembling components using written instructions and patterns

  • Performing quality checks and maintaining production logs

  • Using hand tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks

  • Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Enjoy hands-on, physically active work

  • Have basic math and reading skills

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Are flexible and willing to train in different departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating)

  • Are comfortable wearing required PPE and can obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire
