Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Temp to Hire
- $18.00 – $20.50/hr (based on shift and experience)
Shifts:
- A Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri
- B Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Mon-Fri
Training usually on A Shift for 1–2 weeks, if available

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
- Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filter materials
- Assembling components based on blueprints and written instructions
- Performing quality checks and maintaining production logs
- Using hand tools and power equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Enjoy hands-on, physically active work in a production environment
- Have basic math and reading skills
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Are flexible and willing to train in multiple departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating)
- Are comfortable wearing required PPE and can obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire
