Shipping/Receiving Worker – Warehouse / Load Associate
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 5 PM
Location: Stow
Pay: $17.00hr.
Kelly Services is a dependable and hardworking Shipping/Receiving Worker – Warehouse/Load Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe loading of route trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Position Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to read and follow directions accurately
- Must be able to work required hours to complete each day’s workload
- Must be willing to work in different temperatures
Must be physically able to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Must be able to operate a motorized pallet jack and forklift
- Training provided
Primary Responsibilities:
- Correctly identify product descriptions and quantities when pulling outgoing orders
- Pull outgoing inventory according to orders
- Unload empty milk crates and boxes from returning route trucks
- Load daily route trucks in an organized and efficient manner
- Double-check trucks once loaded to ensure accuracy
- Perform daily cleanup tasks (sweeping floors, emptying trash, etc.)
- Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks
- Assist morning receiving crew as needed
