Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift: Position will be during the week for the next few months and then turn into a weekend schedule operating Friday-Sunday.
Training Schedule: Wednesday (5:00am–6:30pm), Thursday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Training continues until the weekend shift launches: expected by June 2026
Permanent Schedule (after training): Friday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Sunday 5:00am–6:30pm.

What’s a typical day as Powder Coater? You’ll be:
- Painting and using powder coating operations to properly prepare components, including sub-assemblies and related parts
- Adhering to quality and quantity standards while following directions to meet part specifications
- Maintaining safety practices, good housekeeping, and ergonomic standards
- Collaborating with team members, participating in cross-training, and supporting workplace organization
- Reporting to a team lead or supervisor and contributing to the successful completion of a variety of products
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Can meet the required work schedule, including overtime and weekend availability
- Are able to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English
- Can communicate verbally in English and follow verbal instructions
- Possess attention to detail and stamina for repetitive tasks
- Are willing to speak up regarding safety and quality issues
- Are eager to learn new processes, systems, and equipment
- Have skills in documentation, teamwork, and basic preventative maintenance
