Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday
Note: Candidates hired for 2nd shift must be available to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) for approximately 1–2 weeks.

What’s a typical day as Line Lead? You’ll be:
- Leading daily assembly line operations to meet productivity and quality goals
- Coordinating workflow and supporting team members throughout the shift
- Overseeing kit packing and packaging processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new and temporary employees
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (must have)
- Possess kit packing or packaging experience (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and lead by example
- Bring prior leadership or lead experience (a plus, but not required)
- Are dependable, driven, and eager to advance your career
