Position Overview

As a new graduate or early-career Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support the design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems. You’ll get hands-on experience with the full product lifecycle and will play an important part in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and refinement of electronic designs in collaboration with senior engineers.
  

• Support the selection of electrical components, creation of schematics, and PCB layout (preferably using Altium, but training can be provided).
  

• Participate in prototyping, feasibility testing, and evaluations for new and existing designs.
  

• Help develop and execute test plans, and contribute to product qualification and validation activities.
  

• Perform troubleshooting and assist with failure analysis of electronic assemblies.
  

• Contribute to technical documentation, including design reports, test results, and user manuals.
  

• Work with team members to engage with customers, helping gather product requirements and understand project goals.
  

• Learn and apply industry-standard engineering practices and project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  

• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium is a plus.
  

• Understanding of electronic circuits (analog/digital) and basic serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, RS485, UART, USB).
  

• Willingness to troubleshoot designs using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, etc.).
  

• Basic programming experience (C/C++ or Python) is beneficial, but not required.
  

• Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions in a team setting.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Organized, dependable, and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
