Warehouse Equipment Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 2:00 PM until work is completed
Kelly is hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators for a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role focuses on operating material handling equipment while supporting all areas of warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do
• Operate cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, sit-down forklift, and motorized pallet jack
• Use RF/Voice Pick technology to pick and pack orders
• Receive and unload inbound shipments
• Replenish inventory and move product throughout the warehouse
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipping
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse and equipment experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet performance goals
• Dependable with reliable attendance
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Must pass background check and drug screen
