Job Title: Night Shift Production Assembly Associate
Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $15.50/hr to start
Potential for full-time hire and pay increase to $18.50/hr after 90 days
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Production Assembly Associates to join our team in Bloomingdale, GA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room for advancement. If you are detail-oriented and eager to grow in a manufacturing setting, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather required parts and materials per work orders or blueprints.
- Assemble products accurately using hand and power tools.
- Inspect finished items for quality standards; report any defects.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor part inventories and alert supervisors when supplies run low.
- Address minor issues during the assembly process.
- Follow all safety procedures on the production floor.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good manual dexterity; able to work with small parts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Able to comprehend technical documents and blueprints.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
Work Environment:
Our supportive factory environment includes assembly lines and cleanroom settings for electronics, with opportunities to build skills and work with a team assembling products for various industries.
Benefits:
- Starting pay at $15.50/hr
