Details:
- Openings on days and night shifts!
- 1st shift: flexible hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
- 3rd shift: 5:00 pm to 5:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule
- 1st shift: flexible hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Compensation: $20 – $28 per hour, based on experience.
- This position travels around 40% of the time regionally and internationally.
Job Description:
- Perform assembly of machine tool systems from start to finish in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Install and wire electrical components including control panels, drives, motors, sensors, feedback devices, and cable systems
- Route, terminate, and label wiring and cables according to standards
- Assemble and install printed circuit boards and electronic components as required
- Perform testing and verification using tools such as oscilloscopes, megohmmeters, data loggers, and diagnostic equipment
- Support feedback device setup and machine electrical calibration activities
- Utilize computers and software tools for diagnostics, configuration, and documentation
- Follow ENOC procedures and other assembly processes
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts in accordance with safety policies
- Work under the guidance of senior electricians, supervisors, or engineers as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly, industrial wiring, or similar role
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Basic computer and math skills
- Familiarity with PPE requirements and safe work practices
- Strong teamwork, planning, and prioritization skills
- Machine tool industry experience preferred
