Production Associate – Floor Operations
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour (DOE)
Perks: Performance raises possible at 30, 60, and 90 days
About the Role
We are hiring a Production Associate to oversee daily floor operations at our Phoenix, Arizona site.
You will be on the production floor monitoring workflow, protecting shipment deadlines, and ensuring operational standards are followed.
What You Will Do

Monitor production queues in real time
-
Allocate labor based on workload and priority

Protect all “Must Ship Today” jobs
-
Run daily production standups
-
Track and respond to KPIs
-
Clear queues before end of shift
-
Escalate operational issues appropriately
-
Maintain steady production flow
-
Handle customer issues calmly and professionally
What You Will NOT Do

“Figure it out as you go”

Change production settings to push jobs through
-
Bypass SOPs
-
Allow improvisation on the floor
What Success Looks Like

On-time shipments consistently meet targets
-
First-Time-Through rate remains high
-
Reprints are minimized
-
Backlogs stay controlled

Operators follow established processes

Problems are escalated early — not late
