Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday- Friday- 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate- $18.00- $20.00/hour
What’s a typical day as a Legal Documentation Specialist? You’ll be:
• Filing various media and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient access.
• Retrieving and routing requested files for internal and client needs, supporting seamless operations.
• Maintaining an accurate record checkout system to track document usage and availability.
• Creating and managing electronic and imaged records for easy retrieval and storage.
• Scanning documents into digital drop boxes for efficient electronic filing.
• Applying Bates stamps to records for identification and tracking purposes.
• Burning CDs, making copies, and binding produced documents for mailing to clients.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy before delivery, maintaining high standards.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bring 1+ year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have the ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
