Accounts Payable & is tasked with a variety of financial and administrative duties designed to keep office operations running smoothly and maintain high standards of service. Key functions include processing accounts payable, supporting bookkeeping such as trade promotion analysis, and providing daily customer outreach, along with stepping in for other team members as needed to ensure there are no service disruptions. This multifaceted role involves matching and recording POs, BOLs, and invoices, preparing weekly AP checks, managing records and documentation, coordinating audit materials, and keeping track of order and delivery timelines. The coordinator also assists with customer interactions, order entry, team communication, and manages sample shipments. Additionally, responsibilities span to month-end closing, sales reporting, trade spend reconciliation, and identifying trends in financial activities. The position requires sending maintenance reports, verifying daily deposits, covering payroll duties, and assisting management where necessary. Success in this role depends on strong Microsoft Office skills, effective communication, superior organization, meticulous accuracy, and a positive, adaptable approach suited to a fast-moving small office environment.
