Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour + shift differential
Shifts:
- PM1: Sun, Mon, Tue 5 p.m. – 5 a.m. ($2.50 shift differential)
- PM2: Wed, Thu, Fri 5 p.m. – 5 a.m. ($2.50 shift differential)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating, setting up, and calibrating machinery for manufacturing high-quality identification documents or credit cards
- Loading/unloading materials and packaging finished envelopes into boxes
- Performing routine quality checks and maintaining a clean, organized workspace (5S activities)
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and adhering to strict safety and security procedures
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production volume goals
- Reviewing production orders and documenting daily activities, including waste tracking
- Collaborating with logistics teams, team leads, and shift supervisors to ensure efficient material flows and production priorities
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Possess basic computer skills (required)
- Can stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Are flexible and willing to learn new machines and processes
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and can follow complex written instructions
- Have previous experience in a warehouse or as a machine operator
