Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Moscow, TN

Our operation relies on well-maintained, high-performing equipment, and we are seeking an experienced maintenance professional who can help drive reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement across the facility.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Mechanic to lead troubleshooting and repair efforts on production machinery and facility systems. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver with strong electrical and mechanical experience who can diagnose complex issues, implement effective repairs, and contribute to long-term equipment reliability improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production machines, electrical systems, and controls

Diagnose and work safely with high-voltage 3-phase systems and low-voltage DC systems

Troubleshoot and repair VFDs, servo systems, and machine drives

Perform advanced PLC troubleshooting (ability to understand ladder logic required; programming and program edits are a strong plus)

Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Install and commission new production equipment

Service motors and production-related equipment

Perform facility maintenance including HVAC and plumbing systems

Read and interpret engineering blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings

Fabricate parts and modify equipment to improve performance

Perform TIG welding (primary) and occasional MIG welding

Lead and support preventive maintenance initiatives

Train production team members on basic preventive maintenance procedures

Complete maintenance documentation and reports accurately

Promote and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Required Qualifications
-
3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems
-
Experience troubleshooting VFDs, servo systems, and machine drives

Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints

Proven ability to independently diagnose and repair complex equipment issues

Fabrication experience
Preferred Qualifications

PLC troubleshooting experience required; programming and modification experience preferred

Strong understanding of ladder logic

Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related technical field

TIG welding experience (MIG is a plus)

Experience improving machine reliability and reducing downtime
