This is a regulated, quality?focused environment where you help create food ingredient blends used across multiple industries. It’s not assembly?line work; you’ll be learning food production processes and taking pride in producing something that matters.
 
1st Shift: 5:00am–1:30pm, Monday-Friday
 
Pay rate: $19/hr (or higher, depending on experience)
 
You will:

• Blend and package products according to specifications
  

• Operate mixing kettles and help prepare blended food ingredient batches
  

• Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability
  

• Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food?safe
  

• Use stand?up forklifts (training provided)
  

• Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part

 
People who succeed in this role:

• Have previous GMP and mixing production experience
  

• Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently
