Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse facility and ensure efficient, safe, and organized operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing inventory, leading teams, and optimizing logistics and warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow and safety.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and efficient space utilization.
- Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and other departments to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Address and resolve issues such as shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, or operational delays.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager, supervisor, or in a similar logistics/operations role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of inventory control and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
