Pay Rate:
Final annual compensation will be based on experience. Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position.
Schedule: 2nd shift hours.
What’s a typical day as an Onsite Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Actively informing talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates to ensure compliance and awareness.
• Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores to enhance operational efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team lead capacity.
• Possess a proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices, including onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Are results-oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
