Pay: $21.62 – $27.02/hr DOE
- Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Position Overview
As a Final Inspector, you will inspect components, sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Using precision measuring tools, you will verify dimensions, surface finishes, and documentation compliance. This hands-on, detail-oriented role is essential to maintaining product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect parts and finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, and other precision tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and inspection documentation
- Document inspection results and track quality metrics
- Perform special inspections at bench stations or on machines
- Operate marking systems (dot peen and laser) and perform verification checks
- Collaborate with team leads and quality engineers to resolve issues
- Train new team members as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- 1–2 years of inspection experience in manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of welding terminology, metal deburring, and lab microscopes a plus
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
