Title: Supply Planner
Location: Moline, IL
Duration: 11 months +
Pay: $21.00 – $24.30/hour
Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
Responsibilities
As an IM&S Planner (Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner), you will:
- Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders
- Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission and shopping cart errors
- Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Execute Annual Framework process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; will consider recent grads with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 or more years Supply Management & Logistics experience
- Minimum of 1 or more years SAP Materials Management experience
- Minimum of 1 or more years Customer Service
- Procure to Pay experience (Req. to Purchase order)
- Knowledge/experience with John Deere Supply Network (JDSN) applications
- Data & analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Additional Information
- Fully Onsite / Monday – Friday / 1st shift
- There might be a requirement to drive between sites or to other Deere locations using a personal
- Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position
