At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Packaging Associates to work for an a manufacturing facility in Holley, NY. With us, it’s all about finding the right opportunity for you!
Pay: $17.54 – $19.04/hr. Temp to Hire.
Rotating Shifts: Days (6am – 6:30pm,) or Overnights (6:30pm – 6am).
- Never work more than 3 days in a row, and enjoy 3 day weekends every other week!
What does a typical day look like for this position? You’ll be…
- Running and monitoring assigned production equipment to maintain efficiency.
- Performing routine visual and functional checks every 15 minutes to ensure product quality.
- Quickly reporting any machine, safety, or quality concerns.
- Meeting daily production targets.
- Following all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and lock-out/tag-out processes.
- Thoroughly cleaning equipment between product runs.
- Completing shift handoff duties such as cleaning the area, organizing materials, and transferring paperwork.
