Job details
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop and support autonomous robotic systems within manufacturing and industrial environments. This role focuses preferably on ROS2-based autonomy (open to other applicable software models as well), motion planning, system validation, and PCB and microcontroller development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design, testing, of hardware systems ensuring reliable, continuous operation in production environments.
Requirements:
Education
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering.
- Experience
- 2–5-year related work experience
Required Knowledge:
- PCB and Microcontroller Circuit Design
- Knowledge/experience with microcontrollers and their programming
- Professional experience with the following technologies:
Switches, Solenoids, Motors, and other electromechanical components
Skills/Abilities:
- Design of custom-purpose electrical components/specification
- Review of product electrical compliance testing (IEEE/IEC, FCC, UL, etc)
- Design of electronic components (PCBs)
- Experience with computer vision tools such as OpenCV.(preferred)
Proficient in the following technical skills:
- C/C++ Programming, Microcontrollers, micro-ROS, ROS-2
- Experience with product and software validation
- Integration of Vision Systems for Autonomous Robots
